Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely. Step softly into the Hollow and whisper your vision. From necklaces, bracelets, rings, keychains, ornaments, and bookmarks, we’ll craft a one-of-a-kind piece shaped just for you. Visit our Custom Order page to conjure your creation.

 

What are your items made of?

Our creations are hand-shaped from quality metals and materials, chosen to endure and carry the magic of the Hollow. Each piece is crafted with care, intention, and a touch of soul.

 

How do I care for my jewelry?

Handle your creations with care, and they will continue to carry the Hollow’s magic for years to come. To keep your treasures as enchanting as the day they left the Hollow:

  • Avoid water and humidity. Remove your pieces before showering, swimming, or storing them in damp spaces—moisture awakens the patina faster.
  • Shield from potions. Beauty products, perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and household cleaners may react with metals, so keep your jewelry safely away.
  • Wipe away traces of the mortal world. After wearing, gently cleanse each piece with a soft cloth to remove oils and residues from your skin. This slows the magical tarnishing process.
  • Seal in the magic. Since air hastens patina, store your treasures in a plastic bag when not wearing. Ensure each piece is completely dry before storing; lingering moisture invites unwanted change.

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most pieces leave the Hollow within 14 business days, unless noted otherwise for custom creations or preorders. We craft each item by hand, so the wait is part of the magic.

 

My package is lost. What should I do?

If your treasure does not arrive by the expected delivery date, allow 5 business days for any mystical delays along its journey. Should it remain unseen after this time, whisper to us at shipping@holsteinhollow.com and we will help trace its path and uncover your missing creation.

 

My package was marked as “Delivered”, but I have not received it. What do I do?

Sometimes the Hollow hides treasures in unexpected corners. If your USPS tracking shows “Delivered” but your piece has not appeared, first contact your local USPS office to trace its path.

Please note: items marked as “Delivered” cannot be replaced or refunded, so it’s important to act quickly to uncover your missing treasure.

 

My item/package arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your treasure arrives harmed by the mortal realm, contact us immediately at shipping@holsteinhollow.com

Do not discard any packaging, including the original mailer, box, or shipping label—they hold the path of the piece and are needed to restore or replace your creation.

 

Can I return my order?

Because our treasures are crafted by hand and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns. Please choose carefully or reach out for guidance before ordering.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once the magic begins and your piece enters the crafting process, it cannot be halted or reversed. If you need to cancel within this window, contact us immediately at orders@holsteinhollow.com
