Every piece that leaves the Hollow is one-of-a-kind, crafted by hand with intention and care. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at orders@holsteinhollow.com and we will help guide your piece back to harmony.


Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once your creation begins its journey through the Hollow, it cannot be stopped or reversed.


Damages & Issues

Inspect your treasure upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders @holsteinhollow.com

Do not discard any packaging—including the original mailer, box, or shipping label—as it helps us restore or replace your piece. We will evaluate the issue and conjure the best solution to make it right.
