Processing Times

Standard orders leave the Hollow within 14 business days, carefully hand-crafted and prepared with intention.

Custom orders are crafted separately and follow their own timeline, which will be discussed when you submit your vision.


Shipping

All standard treasures are sent via USPS. While we provide estimated delivery dates, these are not guaranteed, and delays can occur—especially during the holiday season.

Once your package leaves the Hollow, it is under the care of the postal system, and we cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered items.

Should your standard order not arrive by the expected date, allow 5 business days for mystical delays. After this period, you may contact us at orders@holsteinhollow.com and we will do our best to help trace its path.


Damages & Issues

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at orders@holsteinhollow.com
Do not discard any packaging, including the original mailer, box, or shipping label—they help us trace your treasure and evaluate the situation.

Every piece leaves the Hollow with care, but once it departs, the mortal world takes over. We are here to guide and assist whenever possible.
